DRAIN AND SEWER CLEANING

Clogged Drainage Systems - A Tough Problem

Blue Plumbing & Drain Cleaning specializes in clearing clogged or slow drain lines, from kitchen sinks, bathrooms, tubs & showers to root infested sewers. We have the expertise and right equipment to get your pipes flowing smoothly again. And, since we specialize in drain cleaning, our prices are typically lower than most of our competition for the same services. Of course, when it comes to taking care of your drains, expertise is the most important criteria. You will want a professional, conscientious technician who will show up on time and get the job done right.  That’s Blue Plumbing & Drain Cleaning.

Our service vans are equipped with the best drain cleaning machines available and our technicians can clear most tough drains to get them flowing again. But, if you have a more serious problem, such as Advanced Root Invasion or Broken Pipes, we can take care of those too. There are times when snaking is not enough. It may be that a line needs to be dug up or exposed beneath the home in order to perform a repair, sort of a surgical process. If this is the case, Blue Plumbing & Drain Cleaning can do the job right – and quickly to get your home back in great working order. And, likely for less cost than you might think.

Excavation jobs may seem complicated, even a little scary, but in reality they’re really not much different from other repairs – other than the fact that they are a little harder to reach. Plumbing is often all about access, so whatever it takes to expose a troublesome drain line and repair it, we can do it. These types of jobs rarely take more than 48 hours from start to finish.

Annual Root Maintenance Programs Available

If your drain lines are too badly compromised by root invasion, Blue Plumbing & Drain Cleaning offers an Annual Maintenance Program, AMP,
which involves snaking the troubled line on a predetermined date and, in most cases, applying RootX root growth inhibiting treatment. RootX foams up in the pipes, keeping your lines draining until the next scheduled service date. The scheduling of service dates is normally determined by the “pattern” of your system back-ups or frequency of occurrences.

Q. What if my lines just keep backing up?
A. There are times when a drain system is simply too old or damaged to respond to regular snaking or chemical treatments. If this is the case, our technicians are trained and equipped to repair or replace troubled drain lines, even when it involves excavation. Replacing or “spot repairing” rooted sewer lines is one of our specialties, so we’re good at it. Since these procedures can be fairly costly, and always an unexpected expense, we’ve done our homework to make it as easy and affordable as possible. These jobs usually take about 48 hours, from the pulling of the permit to the backfilling of the trench.

Q. How do I know if my line is beyond snaking?
A. By having the sewer pipe “video inspected” with a pipe camera.

Line Camera Inspection Service

Blue Plumbing & Drain Cleaning offers complete Video Inspection Services, giving you “eye in the pipe” technology. This is often the best way to determine the best solution for getting your drainage system back in perfect working order.
